Works well, but…….

I bought the program to convert some deleted files I needed for a Final Cut project. Video Converter Master did the job. I was fast, easy to use, and I could convert the files in batches. However, several of the files caused the ap to crash and there was no explanation of which files were causing the crash or why the crash occurred. Fix that problem, and Ill give it five stars.
