I bought the program to convert some deleted files I needed for a Final Cut project. Video Converter Master did the job. I was fast, easy to use, and I could convert the files in batches. However, several of the files caused the ap to crash and there was no explanation of which files were causing the crash or why the crash occurred. Fix that problem, and Ill give it five stars.

This app is great I would give it 5 stars if it would actually make a HD WMV. I change the settings to the max but everytime will turn a 100mb file into 33mb with artifacts. And the developer probably dropped support since it hasn’t been updated in about 2 years.

Although Google led me to your program to convert my Video_TS_BUP videos it would not load and convert them so Program is useless to me. Can’t say about other formats because I have none to try.

Unfortunately this program cannot convert SWFs (I tried to convert over 50 different SWFs). I sent four emails over five days and only received one response. The response was one line saying “Make sure the file name and type are correct” . . . yes, I checked those things. On a positive note, the program does convert most other file types. Overall, though, I would advise against spending your money on this product because there are plenty of cheaper alternatives for converting other file formats. I bought this for the SWF conversion, which does not work at all.

I’m giving this app 5 stars because the app does exactly what I expected it to… nothing more, nothing less. I have to convert security video footage into a format that adminstration can easily access. This app makes that process very simple, quick and streamlined.

I bought this app because it does batch conversions at a reasonable price. I was using SmartConverter which works great, but I needed to upgrade to the pro which was more expensive. Well you get what you pay for!! SmartConverter works 3x faster. I did 2 movies at the same time and I am really irritated that I wasted money buying this crappy product.
